Some of my favorite home interiors are full of classic elements and timeless details. I guess you could say I’m a traditionalist at heart, but not a typical traditionalist, a New Traditionalist. When designing interiors, I do prefer classical forms but with much less moldings and fewer carvings. I prefer cabinetry and case pieces with fewer ornamental touches and decoration. Simple, Classic, Timeless…..
Here are a few of my favorite ways to incorporate New Traditional style into any home:
TRADITIONAL FORMS IN FRESH BRIGHT COLORS:
CLASSIC FURNITURE STYLING WITH UPDATED LINES:
BOLD PATTERNS ON TRADITIONAL FURNITURE FRAMES:
WELL DESIGNED AND TAILORED DETAILS:
BANISH DARKNESS WITH BRIGHTER AND LIGHTER INTERIORS:

UNCONVENTIONAL COLOR COMBINATIONS:
